You want a return, exchange or refund:
It is very important that when you return an item, I know what it relates to. Please remember to include your details and specify whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details, I will not be able to process your request accordingly.
The returned item must be in its original condition which includes tags and any packaging. Once received, I will inspect and process your return within 5 working days to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, I may decline to accept the return and send it back to you.
Once your return has been processed, the refund will automatically be issued to the card or account used to make the original purchase. I will refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge. For exchanges, I do not charge for the redelivery.

If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let me know straight away by e-mailing me on firstname.lastname@example.org
I will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but I need you to tell me as soon as you discover the fault. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and I will provide you with an alternative.
*Custom orders are not refundable!
*You will be responsible for all return postage costs unless the goods you received are faulty or incorrect (according to your original order). Please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this I cannot take responsibility for any items that fail to reach me.
*All goods being returned must be sealed in their original boxes or packaging, and then safely packaged. You are responsible for the return of the items, and any damage caused to them whilst in transit may affect your chances of a full refund.
*Marked, scuffed or dirty items displaying obvious evidence of wear will be returned to the customer.
